To me, it seems that the following is one of the most disagreed upon issues in pickup literature: What does an attractive voice sound like?
On one hand you have people like John Alexander (How to become and Alpha Male), Love Systems, Neil Strauss, and speaking programs (Roger Love) saying to use a non-monotone voice with changes in pitch. Yet on the other hand you have guys like RSD Flawless Natural, Carlos Xuma, NLP stuff, and studies like (
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/science/scie ... s-say.html) saying that a monotone, "flat" voice is more atractive.
Real life examples: George Clooney has a monotone voice. John Mayer's voice has various pitches. Both can attract many women.
Perhaps the presence of various vocal pitches is irrelevant. Or maybe John Mayer's appeal comes more from the fact that he sings and his body language.
What do you think?
