To me, it seems that the following is one of the most disagreed upon issues in pickup literature: What does an attractive voice sound like?

On one hand you have people like John Alexander (How to become and Alpha Male), Love Systems, Neil Strauss, and speaking programs (Roger Love) saying to use a non-monotone voice with changes in pitch. Yet on the other hand you have guys like RSD Flawless Natural, Carlos Xuma, NLP stuff, and studies like (http://www.telegraph.co.uk/science/scie ... s-say.html) saying that a monotone, "flat" voice is more atractive.

Real life examples: George Clooney has a monotone voice. John Mayer's voice has various pitches. Both can attract many women.

Perhaps the presence of various vocal pitches is irrelevant. Or maybe John Mayer's appeal comes more from the fact that he sings and his body language.

It is one of those things you need to be true to yourself and the voice you use. I got a lot of criticism early on for having a mono-tone voice by other PUAs watching. When I tried to become more animated it was fake and not genuine. You can't really turn off all those years of speaking that way. Even if I could fake it for a while eventually I'd go back to my default.

I learned that with a mono-tone voice at times I have to be careful opening coming in pretty high energy cause some people can see mono-tone voice as low energy. Other than that it was just a matter of do the right things, don't lean in, speak up, sit back and get the girl.

Work with what God gave you. Every one of us have the ability to attract and seduce women regardless of their voice type. Hell, in some respects non-verbal openers work better than actual openers.

One is not necessarily better or worse than the other. They are just different, just as there are different ways to get the girl.

I have a coworker talking with a monotone voice. i know it's not his fault but every time he speaks i cringe. It also make everything he says boring.
I think it sort of convey your personality as well, Positive energetic open minded / introvert negative boring.
Without falling into the extreme tough...

Women like a voice that sounds relaxed , in control and trembles with authority.

It doesn't really matter if you speak in monotone or non-monotone. If your voice can project a calm , soothing and 'in control' type of tonality - you will be able to generate attraction.

I'm on the fence about tonality.
when it comes to gaming and letting your personality take control
along with framing purposes, then yes tonality is a great way to
establish an alpha and leader oriented frame

however, there are other times where giving off too much tonality
in a situation may work against you
some of these situations may include:
- meeting the parents
- having to put up with people who's personalities clash with yours
- etc.etc.

dont forget about being mysterious as well, allowing people to think about
you and what your motives are can greatly increase your value
