Hey guys.. just bought the book named "Body Language" by Allan and Barbara Pease.. it's unbelievable.. it's not only a dictionarry with a LOT of non-verbal signs and their meaning and explanation in details.. but is just unbelievable. I just read 70 pages and I learned so much!! If you want to improve in this important area.. I recommend you buy the book! It's a must for any PUA out there!!

The authors sounded familiar so I looked on my shelf and it's in my stack of books to read. I'll shift it to a higher priority, thanks!

I buyed it and it doesnt attract me to read it.. I have read it a lot but dont help me so much on the dating stuff. Everybody saying is the best book -.-' but it dont help me on action.. especially on dates... i dont find it useful...

BROCKER, many of the things you study and do individually may seem unimportant but it isn't. Learning to read body language is actually great for AA. You'll get to know when someone is interested or learn how to detect an AMOG before he even takes a look at you. Also learning it, you will unconsciously try to imitate it and thus portray manlyhood and confidence. You can even tell a girl what you know about her (DHV) because of her body language. I think there is also a part on reading hands and characters related to it So to answer your question, it is not as direct as learning routines but it helps build your inner-game.

What T_Rex said was absolutely right.. but let me give you a precise example..I just learned that if a women exposes the palm of her hands a lot to you.. it means she accepts your conversation.. is liking your presence.. and is sincere to you (doesn't lie)- women who are interested in you and think you're attractive expose the palm of their hands... now you say: how the hell can this help me?? I'll tell you how.. next time you're in a bar engaging your target.. you see she shows a lot the back of her hands and hides her palms when she speaks. Now that is not only an indicator that she's frustrated by your presence... but it means she doesn't trust you.. or have confidence in you. You have to change something about your attitude.. or you'll soon lose her. This is CRUCIAL in field man .. think about it! Also.. let's say you used to make a non verbual gesture, because you always do it.. but you learn from the book that doing that gesture presents you as a non dominant male that has low self esteem and is insecure... well why the hell would you want to do an action in field when you meet a girl that tells her unconsciously that you're insecure?! Finally, the book explains how to know if someone's lying.. I bet you didn't knew that if a girl smiles to you.. it doesn't mean she necessary likes you.. if the smile is only on the lips.. she means.. "Youre a jerk.. fuck off".. If she exposes her teeh while smiling... that's great IOI.. she really likes you/enjoys your presence. This is only small stuff.. there are unbelievable body language material in it. So I'm telling you.. read the shit out of this book man! You'll not regret it!
