Worrying about your body language is actually counter productive.

Instead of sitting/standing there and trying to make yourself look "alpha" with your BL (Body Language), you should be focused on being in the moment, relaxed, and having fun. Once that is accomplished, your BL will naturally take care of itself.

This is because your BL is simply the outward appearance of your inner game. If your feeling nervous, your BL will show that, but if your confident, your BL will show that too. Stop trying to fake BL and simply work on your inner self.

Also, when in the club, out on the street, anywhere.... simply focus on being in the moment, being relaxed, and having a ton of fun. (BTW, Fun is the biggest attraction switch there is).

Once your out there just having fun and not worrying about it not only will your BL naturally correct itself, you will find that your interactions with women will got A LOT better.

Whether you know about body language or not doesn't matter. The effect stays the same. For most of us its involuntary communication that gets sent out. I agree having fun will generally effect how you move your body and converse as long as you haven't developed bad habits such as slouching, being closed off, etc. Don't worry so much about it as remember to not practice bad habits.

Totally in agreement, its the same as worrying what other people think, once you get past these things, your subconscious communication which reflect that.

I have to agree and disagree. My pick-up system utilizes the use of Body Language to create instant rapport, and before I approach I make a mental checklist of how I'm to approach the individual person, depending on their body language. But, that's come from majoring in Psychology with a focus on Non-verbal communication, spending over 5K on books, films, programs, and private studies with leaders of non-verbal communication--all for my education and study, not for pick-up, but it came in handy. But that's not why I disagree.

It's been proven in a 1978 study from the University of Michigan, that a person who uses body language that suggests honesty, finds it difficult to continue to lie, whereas, a person telling a series of truths finds it difficult to tell the truth using body language of deceit. That's right, the body can lead the actions, because your mind has to process what your body is doing. So, if you act confidently with your body movements, and act relaxed, you'll actually begin to develop that confidence quicker, than if you try to lead your body with relaxing your mind, and trying to ingrain confidence in your mind.

Watch the Documentary called Stress: The Portrait of a Killer, it is by national geographic. This documentary relates a lot to the alpha male and how not stressing anything is an Alpha sign. It's only about 45 minutes. Please, Please, watch it, it paints the picture so much better than "just not giving a shit".

I wrote a small bit in my Being the Man thread.
