hey guys

just came out of a long term relationship with the only girl i have ever with. I don't know whether to cut my long hair and start fresh.

After i wash it, it goes very wavy and out wide and looks very unattractive, the only time i have it out is when i straighten it.

My friends tell me to cut it because it is holding me back from picking up, but i want to hear what some pros have to say.

p.s. i feel slightly insecure that i have a weird shape head

If your friends say it's holding you back, it probably is.
The thing with long hair (and by long i mean Josh Holloway long, anything beyond that is fucked up) is that it can look good , but we can't tell you if it looks good on you without seeing your face.

The one thing you have to remember is that if you cut your hair you're gonna think you look weird whether it looks good or not. It'll take some time to readjust to your new look.

All in all, if your hair is a pain in the ass to take care of and doesn't make you look really good, you should cut the shit out of it. And if you think you have a weird shaped head, you can alway work out, gaining weight and muscles will smooth out your imperfections, trust me i had the same problem.

its about half way between my shoulders and armpit.

also i have no idea what type of haircut to get if i did decide to get one..

dude go to a stylist , let them know that you wanna keep it long(ish) and let them come up with some ideas.

i had long hair and recently got it cut........ so much regret lol

Thin it out.. get it choppy. if you can fork out the money i would suggest get a splice of Blonde in there (black and blonde looks sick, but thats my opinion). I know a lot of girls who like guys with long hair.
