i dont know the key idea, but i remeber a mPua saying "move like you're in water"

2 words that come to mind: smooth, fluid

Moving in water is a good analogy, but all your movements should be natural. Only move when you want. Don't jump to look at everything or everyone. Just take what you do and slow everything down. Calculated confident movements with purpose.
Avoid crossing arms and keep hands out of your the pockets or leaning into the person your talking to (let them lean into you.) All in all act like your at your house with friends. Calm, comfortable and no need to jump up to do anything. It's your house, be comfortable right? Treat everywhere you go with the same comfortable as home.

LOL Who said this crazy shenanigans?

Motion attracts attention. Attention is good in the courtship process. Nobody trusts somebody who stays still. Be a person. Anything else and you will look awkward.

Don't move a lot in a fidgety weird way but you should definitely move here and there.

Nice fluid motions is the best as said. Confidence in your movements. Just be natural.

The most important points to remember in regards to bdy language are:

1. Spread your body out and take up space.

2. Be relaxed.

3. Move your entire body when you walk.

4. Slow down ALL your movements a notch.

This simple changes will have women coming eying you from across the room!
