Hey all

I have a problem with shaking hands

If you are interested search the wikipedia for Essential Tremor.

In short, they always shake, a little. I have some pills but they only help mildly

When i get anxious, i start shaking all over the body. Everything, from feet to head.

Sooner or later, they are gonna notice it, either the hands, or later when my whole body is shaking.

So what the hell am i supposed to say to the statement i have heard so many times before:
"Your hands are shaking!"
