did anyone here took any acting classes?

I'm considering taking those, to improve communication (people keep telling me I seem depressed or boared when I'm not or atleast don't wish to express it)

Do you think those will improve tonality and Body Language?

I'm a filmmaker, so this advice comes from the other side of the camera, so to speak, so take it with a pinch of salt.

Acting is about creating a character and then 'morphing' into that character as best you can. It'll help with pickup, but day-to-day, not so much. (It is also incredibly emotionally draining - you won't be able to keep it up for long periods. There's a reason so many actors are emotional fuckups.)

Sounds more like bad posture than acting. Sit up straight and look up more - you'll find your whole body gives off a more positive vibe as a result.
