Most girls will think your gay... maybe if youve got that emo kind of style going on and your into emo/goth kinda girls then go for it. but as a general rule Id stay away from it. you'll scare more girls off than you'll attract. The trick is to look good without looking like your trying. you dont want to look like a "Try hard" because then you lose value.

As far as I'm concerned there's no such thing as taking peacocking too far. There's no such thing as 'over the top' in terms of how you dress. Anyone who thinks otherwise needs to start caring less about how other people will perceive them and more about how they want to look themselves. I wear eyeliner all the time and it's definitely one of the least extravagant things I wear.

What is important however is that it is congruent with your identity. To me, you can basically tell if this is so by whether or not it feels natural to wear something in the context of how you are dressed/do dress in general.

I wear it a lot. But im one of the few guys that can. I look good with it. I have the whole emo/poser look going though. Also, I never apply it myself, I have a bunch of girls I go out with and they do it for me ;D

It does draw a lot of positive attention from girls. They love it. But I get massive amounts of agro from guys, but hey thats their insecurity and their problem not mine right? If you can't deal with that, I wouldn't recommend it.
