My advise:
Try drawing something funny, even insulting, like a swear or some random bad word like "horse shit" or "whore" or "cheap FOB" (lol i trust you to be more creative than me ok?) and say x person drew it on you when you were screwing around or sleeping or whatever. If your chinese try to make it a word talking about some complicated chinese inside joke that would require a funny explanation to an outsider.
Let someone ask about it first though...

If you do a tattoo, then do something really cool, like those tattoos that are visible only in dark (don't know if they are toxic, but they look cool) or just "tattoo" tattoo. And go to a specialist.

real tattoo - only if you truly want it. NOT for pick up purposes.
fake tattoo - always looks lame because it isn't a real tattoo.
sharpie tattoo - means you probably got too drunk the other night and because you're such a douche, you got sharpied.
why would your friend draw a chinese symbol on you? any good friend would draw a big fat wang.
