How do I indent list on a post?

I figured out how to make a list, but I want to indent my numbers, and small letters to make a well organized outline. I truly appreciate the advice that will be given.

At first this looked simply, but this looks hella confusing, I'll do a test here I guess.

    :arrow: :arrow: :arrow: :arrow: :arrow: - Test 1
Result: :oops: Failure :lol:

Idea- I'll figure this out later, I've been working on this plan all day I just wanna post it. I'll just use dashes, way less distracting than that loud ass yellow arrow lol.
