Black screen / yellow text

Not sure why but i have difficulties reading text on the page, it's just dark a background and the text is black and have to highlight to read, is this the way it should be?

should me a light grey backing to the text windows

should look like this:

if it doesn't try clearing all you internet cookies, temp internet files and the like, then try reloading.

if that doesn't work, try using a different browser.
