Logging Out Issue

I have a problem when im on a page too long it logs me out, i just wrote a field report which took me ages to type then i lost the lot cause i got logged out. Any idea's on how i can fix or beat that?

Do you use auto log in?
Alternatively, just write your post in a word processor?

Hey man thanks, i just switched to auto log in. Hopefully that fixes it
