Where are 'Watched Threads' found?

At the bottom of each thread there is a box to tick 'watch this thread'. Where do I go to see the threads Ive ticked? Shouldnt there be a tab called 'Watched Threads' or something? Like a Fav Threads tab in one of my other suggestions.

Also when posting I always tick 'Notify me when a reply is posted' like this post right now, but I never get notified. I must be missing something here...

The notificiations go to your e-mail.
