My account keeps disappearing?

New to MPUA Forum

This is the best, most active forum out there, but once in a while my account will completely disappear and I won't be able to log in for a few months. Eventually I try again and it'll work but most of the time it's not. Is there someone I can email (without logging in) to take care of this in the future if it happens as I can't contact anyone unless my login is working (which is the problem to begin with).
