Chat Not Loading

The chatroom just doesn't ever load, simple as that. I've opened it in Chrome, Firefox, and IE all to no avail.

UPDATE: Tried on another computer and it didn't work either. Clearly this isn't a connection issue, so it is either universal or an issue with my IP?
