sex can be quite exhausting, and if people engage in physical exercise like sex, people sometimes start to sweat. Sweating, on the other hand, is not really the biggest turn on for women, so to increase sexual pleasures, it might be good to try to reduce this problem.
Obviously, the way to go is to exercise, but what exercise is best for sweat-reduction during sex? Cardio or muscle training? With respect to cardio, interval training, or something else?
What do you guys do?

Your body produces sweat to cool itself down when it's temperature is raised. I'm afraid it's just a biological thing whether you sweat a lot or not, for example an old team mate of mine would be dripping with sweat after a light warm up whereas i would have only lightly perspired but we were both adequately warmed up.
What i could recommend is trying to stay cool while your getting it on (difficult i know!) by just making sure the room is not too warm however you can. I believe there are also good deoderants available now which used to only be available by perscription which can reduce the amount you sweat.
If it makes you feel any better i dont think it is that big of a problem as long as you dont start to smell too bad when you sweat. I was recently seeing a girl and we both used to sweat quite a lot during sex. We seen it as more of a turn on that we made each other so hot and were havin such a good time it didn't matter. Hot and steamy can be good! you can always shower together after!

I don't think sport will help you reduce the amount you sweat

A girl won't mind if you sweat on her a lil bit. If she knows what she's doing, she should be sweating too. _________________
