Judging from your post in a previous thread, your diet is shit and therefore you have no energy. Your body requires a daily intake of protein, carbohydrates and fats. Do some nutrition research and find out the exact amount you need to eat for your size and then start eating it.

Stop running for an hour, thats a waste of time if you;re trying to lose weight. Start doing high intensity workouts that work 3-4 muscles at a time. The more muscles you work, the more fat you burn. Short sprints are good as well, combine them with a few light weight exercises. For example, dumbbell T push ups, squat thrusters, sprints, military press and pull ups. Have no more than 10 seconds break between exercises, preferably no break at all.


Also learn to use punctuation.
