Ive never heard of having more dreams after taking melatonin, however I will run to my local vitamin shoppe today or tomorrow and pick some up (i believe it's really cheap) and report how it affects my dreams. thanks for the tip!

Last time I tried it, it did knock me out. Thing is, it started making me very crabby and irritable after a few nights of taking it. I stopped. I'll probably take one tonight, as I've been battling insomnia as of late.

I've had sleeping problems for as long as I can remember and melatonin really is a lifesaver for me sometimes.
