Hey guys, I have been working out for the past 2 months every single day for 1-2 hours plus I am doing high intensity sports. I went from being 215 pounds to 185 and then back to 215 mainly with muscle. I slimmed down a bit during the process but I still some fat covering what could be a potential 8 pack. Another problem is that I have being doing exercises but none of the ones I have been trying are targeting my sides (aka love handles) and it is really starting to bother me since everything else is slimming down. Any routine suggestions? also need proper eating suggestions because I will admit I dont have the best diet, hence working out every day.

First; this seems like way too much exercise. Keep that level up and you'll start to loose weight. (that includes strength., unless you use HGH or something moronic like that.) Remember that what you do in the gym is damaging your muscles. That's the whole point. In order to grow you let them rest, and rebuild. The stronger you get, the more you are able to tear down, and the longer it takes to rebuild.

But, if you want to lower bf% and not loose muscle Leangains; www.leangains.com
Read the articles, try it for a while, and if it doesn't sit with you, try something else.

I can't recommend it enough.

Another thing; You can't target fat-deposits,
No matter how many sit-ups you do, the only thing that will remove fat from your stomach-area is if your general bf% is low.

Start counting calories and eating healthier and cut back on your exercise. 1-2 hours every day is insane and you are definitely overtraining!

thanks for the advice mates! I started using my ipod to include my calorie intake and exercise, who knew apple had an app for that lol. The reason why I go to the gym everday for hours is because my body repairs muscle much faster than a normal person which the doctors said could be due to the fact that my body naturally produces twice the testosterone than normal, so basically i go to sleep and the next day I am ready to go again.
I went from benching 175 to 250 in just 2 weeks and I have not had any signs of loss of strength. I will be careful but I live by my mottos, live hard train harder, and live to win. Oh and last question, a buddy of mine is constantly competing with me in the gym and is thinking of using supplements to catch up, what ones are effective and what ones just contain junk and fillers?
