Hey guys, for my first post I want to share with you my best cutting diet that I will be using this summer to get well below 10% of body fat. I'm aiming to get 6% :D

Here it goes:

1. 100g of oats (with water and cinnamon)
1 whole egg+4 egg whites
Scoop of Whey
Multivitamin, 1000mg Vitamin C

2. 1 can tuna, veggies

3. Scoop of whey, 3 caps Fish Oil
3 rice cakes (salt free)

Before workout: 20g BCAA, 500mg Vitamin C
After workout: 1.5 scoop of Whey, 500mg Vitamin C

4. 200g chicken breast
50g of brown rice
3 caps Fish Oil

5. 1 can tuna, veggies

6. 200g cottage cheese (0% fat)
Half a scoop of Whey
Half a spoon of Flax oil

+6 litres of water every day.


I've wrote this diet for me, and I hope it will help you guys, cuz I see a lot posts regarding on how to get 6 pack 8)
