I just wanted to know if working out about an hour or so before hitting the sack would cause things to be better.
Would it cause better erections and better performance or just make you weak and unable? _________________ "If you do what you've always done you'll get what you've always gotten." - Mystery in The Game

I wouldn't recommend it. I'd be willing to bet that some good cardio, like a 5-10 minute jog to get your blood pumping is the best set up. It wouldn't surprise me if that's recommended when a guy has trouble getting it up. _________________ 31 and still figuring it out.

So my BJJ and Boxing coaches say that you shouldn't fuck before competing because the sexual energy is wasted energy after the release. They recommend entering fights with a level of sexual tension. I think this is stupid.
My body builder friends always workout before fucking but I expect that it is more about the attraction phase than the closing phase. I am always a little mystified by the fact they are so worried about physically attracting someone they already know is going to fuck them. I think this is stupid as well.
Science makes it pretty simple. Immediately after an intense workout the blood supply of your body will have been shunted to the major muscle groups. This will have the effect of leaving less blood supply available for erectile use.
Soon after that your body will be attempting acid and begin repairing the damage caused by muscular hypertrophy. With your energy systems (ATP) depleted and the energy remaining being utilized for other things you are not going to have much left for quality sexual activity. This is why you feel "pumped" right after a workout and "sluggish" after the pump. 30 min to an hour after an intense workout you will be much more likely to cramp or suffer extreme muscle fatigue. This obviously will make you worse in bed.
My scientifically sound answer that I give to the many people I help who suffer from ED is this. In the long term there is a specific fact that can assist you in sex. WORK YOUR FUCKING LEGS, HIPS AND ABS LIKE A BEAST. This has 2 effects A) By strengthening your legs your body has been shown to release higher levels of testosterone all of the time. B) This is where the majority of your fuck muscles are located. In case you haven't noticed, most muscle heads work everything except those muscles. In the short term I highly recommend doing a "warm up" about 20 minutes before you know you are gonna bang (if you can plan it that well). Increasing you heart rate to 60% of your maximum heart rate (220-age * .6) for 5 to 10 minutes. This will prime your body for physical activity and have your body operating at 100% energy capacity. It will also let your heart redirect blood out of unimportant areas like the digestive system. This will make for stronger erections. Do not warm up to a point that your heart rate is greater than or equal to 80%, and seriously avoid 70% of you MHR (220-age * .7). This is the point where you body will utilize your anaerobic system and start being negative for sexual activity.
I hope that helps. So yes minsok was right and that is why. _________________ You can't forget about me, stupid. Everywhere I go ima have my own theme music.
