The first pic I took in the beginning of the summer, but I didnt work out at all so I really started going to the gym in August.

Now in december, about 3.5 months later, I lost 14 lbs and results are really starting to show.

Now that I've gotten the body fat down to about 12%, Im focusing on getting bigger over the winter. As you can see I dont have much definition in the arms and shoulders, cant see legs but that needs work as well.

I didnt do anything drastic, I just cut out junk foods, soda, sugary drinks, fast food, and late night eating. I still eat the same foods, pizza, burgers, fries, but in moderation.

Yeah it sucks at first, but when you start seeing results, its motivation to continue and keep it up. When I took the 2nd picture this morning and compared it to the first, a huge smile was plastered on my face and Im now more motivated than ever to blow away my 2nd picture within the next 3-4 months over the winter.

Nice work. Women are naturally drawn to men who are fit and built. Don't forget to work those traps. Big traps communicate strength and power, 2 things women love. Keep it up!

Thanks, Im going to have to look out some basic/beginner workouts for traps. I dont think I do anything in the gym for them, which clearly shows being as they are nonexistent lol.

Shrugs, that's all you need. Mix it up though, do shrugs with the barbell and dumbbells. The barbell widen the traps while dumbbells give them a 'peak'. Shrugs get worked allot with back exercises as well, especially the seated cable rows.

Fuck yeah, guy, looking good. Make sure you take all your pictures in the same place with the same lighting though, or it'll look like you're losing definition sometimes. I'd recommend some low and high angle bench presses to define the top and bottom of your pecs more, the tops especially. Also close grip to define the center line, but I'm not cut at all, so research that.

Thanks for the tips, I switched rooms in my house over the summer and as a result I got my own bathroom so I took that 2nd picture there because theres no mirror in my new room lol.

I just have trouble with bench pressing because I go by myself and I dont have a spotter, so I tend to do less weight than I should so I comfortable enough to be able to get the bar back up on reps 8-10.

I might look into doing the bench pressing on the machines instead of at the free weight sections.
