The first pic I took in the beginning of the summer, but I didnt work out at all so I really started going to the gym in August.
Now in december, about 3.5 months later, I lost 14 lbs and results are really starting to show.
Now that I've gotten the body fat down to about 12%, Im focusing on getting bigger over the winter. As you can see I dont have much definition in the arms and shoulders, cant see legs but that needs work as well.
I didnt do anything drastic, I just cut out junk foods, soda, sugary drinks, fast food, and late night eating. I still eat the same foods, pizza, burgers, fries, but in moderation.
Yeah it sucks at first, but when you start seeing results, its motivation to continue and keep it up. When I took the 2nd picture this morning and compared it to the first, a huge smile was plastered on my face and Im now more motivated than ever to blow away my 2nd picture within the next 3-4 months over the winter.
