Manboobs! lol gotta any hints to get rid of them?

haha lol :oops: i got som real manboobs i guess, maybee like a small or small/medium breast size on a girl....

But the thing is i do a lot in bench press, i have trained on gym for a long while and trying to eat healthy, i eat a lot of salad and maybee little to much food...

I'am not really fat at any more place on my bod, just the boobs, what should i do?

high intensity interval training should help you shed a bit of weight.

also you said that you might eat a bit too much so stop that lol.

finally do some dumbell flys.

I know it sounds strange, but I first came across this concept while reading about restricted carbohydrate diet and let me tell you, this diet has been amazingly easy to follow with better than awesome results.

If you want to grow some muscle, the first post was spot on: DO HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING. (read Body By Science to know exactly what to do)

Cardio.

Bench press is just going to make your manboobs protrude more and look larger.
You can't spot reduce fat.

You cant just lose fat in one area of your body.
You must lose over all body fat.

Dont eat less. eat healthy. That doesnt mean starve yourself because honestly that will only make you fatter.

Exercise at the gym. If you are new you can look up some exercises on the internet.. I suggest full body workouts starting out. After all more muscle = higher metabolism.

Run! Moniter your heart rate because if your heart rate goes to high you will just make your cardio better and you wont be burning nearly as much fat as you would keeping your heart rate lower. Which is why people suggest HIIT running to fluxuate your heart rate to improve both fat and cardio.

if its just fat then loose it. but if its gyno then find a good steroid forum and ask on there. there is some drugs that help in getting ride of gyno.

If it is gyno look into Chlomid, Nolvadex, and HCG. However if you're based in America you will be arrested for owning these.

Make your nipples erect and see if you still have man boobs. It could simply be small fat deposits under your nipples. When the nipple is flaccid the fat will gather and hang like a mini boob. Everyone thinks these things are bigger than they are. Like how all think we are more muscular than we really are. Bad things are not as bad as we think, and good things are not as big as we think haha.

See what happens with that first.

If you still have boobs when you turn to the side a little (use a mirror and don't breath in or any posing "good not as good because I stick my chest out" crap. Just stand normal at a slight angle and be honest with yourself).

If they are still there, start with some cardio. Increase the intensity as you can.

please do some research before listening to this statement. clomid and nolvadex wont get rid of gyno. it just prevents it when your estrogens high. like on a steroid cycle. and hcg will make your estrogen go up not down or block it or reverse or prevent gyno. there is a drug that is called letro as an abreviation on steroid forums that will reverse gyno in high doses. and no! these drugs are not controlled substances so you wont get arrested for having them. u have to have a script or buy them online or out of the country. or you can buy them as a research chemical without a script. please reseach before using and ask for adving on a reputable steroid forum.

I stand corrected. I asked a few guys at the gym how they sorted out gyno. That's what they said. I probably should have been more accurate in how I asked them.

With the controlled substance, again it's what they answered.
