So I've been going to the gym for over 5 years now, about 4-5 times a week. Went from 127 pounds to a whooping 192, today. I've been sleeping, eating, talking about and reading about gym for the past 5 years or so. I love it, plain and simple!

However, I FINALLY put together a playlist that I love and I thought I'd share it with you guys. this playlist fits on my 1GB iPod.

You should add some oldschool Papa Roach. Anything from Infest will do the trick
