Joined: Sat May 30, 2009 6:21 am Posts: 569 Location: Upstate New York | | I haven't formerly trained a a krav maga studio, but its a good combat ready sysytem for real life self defense. Just make sure if your gonna go the instruction route make sure its not just a glorified boxin/taebow course. Gun and knife defense should be a strong part of the training.
