So, for the second time i'm going to the gym.When i used to go, i wasn't doing all the stuff that i was supposed to do (may see really stupid but everytime i looked to a hot chick i just raged in my mind), and a little time later i just didn't want to go anymore, everytime i went there i just wanted to leave.

You guys have any advice to overcome this?Maybe listening some cheering music (the ones that play in there suck)?

As for motivation to go the gym... think about women! Haha, they sure make me want to work towards that six pack or those huge arms. Which I have now that I've been going non-stop, 4-5 times a week, for the past 4 years (when I started with PUA readings).

Also, think about the end result. Muscles, great body, healthy, etc.
