I do push ups, flat bench (straight bar and dumb bells), decline bench, incline dumbells, and the chest fly machine already. I switch up my sets every week between (10 10 10) (10 8 6) (5 5 5 5 5) and (5 4 3 2 1) but no matter what I do or how strong I'm getting I can't seem to get any muscle mass built up. Any ideas would be appreciated!!

Eat more.
I had this same problem.
Try to eat 1 gram of protein for every pound you weigh.
I weigh 150 so I'm taking ~150 grams of protein each day and Ive started to bulk up fast.

It depends on what part of ur chest you want bigger, doing incline dumbells and flys are going to work the top of ur chest, decline only gives u the undercuts. If your doing peck deck, try turning ur elbows in as you bring the fly machine to the middle, this will give you the striations in the middle of ur chest (the muscle fiber looking things). Do chest twice a week, and make sure ur eating enough calories. If your trying to put on size and work out hard, you need to be packin btwn 3000-5000 calories a day. make sure u eat a meal after a workout or take a weight gainer otherwise ur body is just gunna eat the muscle u already have to fuel ur body. If you have any other questions lemme kno, i can give ya like 100 chest workouts if u really need em, but bottom line is that ur diet is what makes all the difference
