You know, feel more manly and would probably help with the confidence thing with women. If you have high levels, it will show and would make you feel more alpha. I heard working out and losing body fat are good ways to increase it, anymore guys?
Cheers!

Lifting in general and getting that muscle 'swell' increases your alpha male thing, there are foods that naturally increase your testosterone levels I've heard (broccolli I believe is one of them). Also you can try your body language to project a more alpha image. Change the way you dress, how you groom yourself, all to improve your confidence. Even try taking on the thought of 'girls want me, I'm the man' confidence is key my friend. I am a firm believer that your thoughts, and confidence will help your brain kick in and think "this guy needs more testosterone, he has work to do."
So to summarize:
- Work out, large muscle groups
- Watch what you eat
- Change your attitude
- Try to project an alpha male image
- Confidence is key
Holy shit, I'm tired, I hope some of this is relevant and makes sense

Workout, workout, workout. Hit the chest/biceps/abs/back, since they are the most apparent part of your body.
If you want to keep the testosterone level high, limit your cardio (it lowers your sugar level and will make you feel more exhausted). This applies only if your fat level is already low cause you obviously want to hit somewhere between 7-10% body fat for your pecs/abs to show.

So for insatnce when I'm in the gym I will always squat heavy first then follow it with a heavy bench. Vanazzul tied up the loose ends that I left. There are a TON of abs excerises you can do, remember to hit the upper, lower, and obliques. Also make sure you do a varying routine to keep it interesting and fun. For chest try incline / decline presses along with flat bench press, this will help square out your chest.

The bigger the muscle, the more testosterone. Therefore, the leg post is correct, the more legs you do, the more amount of T is released.
The thing is no matter how strong you get it has to be the mindset that changes. I have a friend who won 3 gold metals in NJ's Olympic lifting competition and he is the sweetest guy ever. I would not call him an A Testosterone person one bit.
The biggest thing is to make a conscious decision basically to be a MAN. Be assertive. If you want something, speak up! don't care about what others think, just live your own live and enjoy it. Get use to vocalizing your emotions in a manly way. _________________ Now offering 1-on-1 in person counseling in NYC. For more info, send a PM

Take Zinc supplements (eat more oysters if thats easier).
Another Supplement you should look at is ZMA. Zinc, Magnesium and B6 = Testosterone, better sleep, more energy.
Agree about working large muscle groups.
I definitely saw a change in the way women looked at me when my testosterone levels rose.
Good Luck.
