I realise that this post probably relates to a topic below, but basically Im currently trying to gain in mass and get out of my skinny frame, I know what path I need to take and have access to the gym/right equipment etc. I also know protein drinks and all the body enhancement stuff go along with this, yet some of their taste is absolutely awful. Can anyone recommend any decent tasting brands or alternatives that won't make you want to puke?

protein may be an aquired taste for you. i originally hated the taste of protein mixed with water, but now i'll take it over pop any day. i am currently taking ON 100%whey, which has a grainy taste. If you are looking for good flavor, try MyoFusion vanilla. It is one of the best I have ever tasted. unfortunately, it is 80% casein 20% whey meaning only 20% of the scoop is quickly absorbed. Check out EAS whey protein, its one of my favorited=s from the past. If you can't find one you like, you just may have to tough it out.

Keep in mind most weight gainers are fairly tasty, as they have a shitload of the stuff used to make things delicious (and filling the calorie / carb requirements of said gainers
