What do you recommend me to do to maintain my shape? Should i take protein supplements after the proposed workouts?

Seems as a lot of ppl here are to brainwashed into thinking you can't get big without supplements, but remember that supplements is just as the name says, a supplement, not a replacement.
Anyway, as long as you do SOMETHING you'll be fine, doesn't matter that much what you do, all sorts of training are good!
