Alright, so I've noticed that a lot of people take pre-workout supplements to maximize their energy and get really pumped before a workout. I thought I'd address this issue by telling you a bit about the power of honey.
Wait... Honey? Dude, my MEGA MASS XTRAMUSCLE5000++++ pre-workout drink contains caffeine, carbs, cocaine, steroids and blood from Chuck Norris! WHY THE ...... should I bother with honey?
Well... If we leave out the fact that a lot of pre-workout drinks rely mostly on the placebo effect, and the fact that you can mix your own pre-workout drinks for say... 40% of the cost (this applies to many other supplements as well), here's why:

Just read the facts, try it out for yourself and then you'll realise that you can throw that stupid supplement away. The only supplements worthwhile (more or less) are creatine, protein, gainers (though I prefer mixing my own, just buy protein powder and dextropowder), caffeine pills and amino acids.
