This time 4 months ago i was around 90KG, all time high has been about 95kg... i was fat i guess, did do weights and was kinda bulky i guess. I had a belly, it wasnt hanging over fat it was toned fat so not too bad.
Anyway, i started seeing some HB9 and felt intimidated and as though i couldn't take my top off around her etc.. so i went on a mega diet, 1000 calories a day, and exersized shit loads.
3 months later, it didnt work out with her, however i kept it up, programmed my mind to eat healthy when im hungry, and smaller meals by half than what i usually had and snacked on some cereal every now and then.
I made a program running 40 miles a week, 6 days a week.
My legs now look awesome, my belt i am cutting new holes into, i look so much slimmer and iv noticed im getting ALOT of offers from girls now. This morning i was down to 74kg
I really believe that girls can tell if a guy is looking after himself in a physical way. I am not fitter than all my friends and girls can see that and respect me for being so fit.
My fitness is traditional - no pain no gain. My work outs (6 days a week) are varied... long runs (2 hours), short fast runs, runs with intervals, and normal jogs for recovery training. Every work out makes me sweat and is painful in a way. But i feel awesome, i feel as though i walk round like a hero, and girls want me.
Getting a training schedule from runners world helped alot and i stick to it. I really advice people to get fit.
In general conversation with girls:
girl:so what do you do blah blah
me: just ran a half marathon last night, legs are a bit soar, could do with a massage

girl: u give me one etc...
Also, you can say stuff like
well.... iv got a lot of stamina, u reckon u can keep up?
