My first impression was WTF on the price of the stuff for a little 1.25kg tub. But when i read reviews people rave over it! id say 95% of reviews say they have had amazing results.
Has anyone tried it? Is the price justified by results?
Also am trying to loose a bit of fat while looking to add muscle will this make me put mad weight on or just muscle mass?
cheers

Unless you're training with HIGH intensity at least 4 days a week or more, protein shakes would be a waste of money.
A high intensity sport/routine will have you eating between 6-9 times a day. That's when protein shakes are useful (saves cooking all day long, yeah I'm lazy haha).
If you want big results and are training hard enough, look to MuscleTech's NitroTech. The price will bring tears to your eyes, but it is amazing stuff! Also Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey Gold Standard, is definately worth it's price!!! Very under priced actually.
If, like many other people, the idea that taking a protein shake will make you big appeals, ask yourself why everyone doesn't have a great physique.
The first thing you should take is a multi Vitamin+Mineral. Easily the most over looked supplement EVER!!!!

Im looking to get a good protien shake that has creatine in aswell as a high protein content. I cnt be bothered taking food into the gym with me for post workout that why i think protien shakes are beneficial coz it saves you having to prepare food. And if cyclone has got creatine in it your kind of killing two birds with one stone.

Amazing isn't it?! By saying a protein shake has creative in the company can charge so much more money than just a protein shake. Sucks hu?
Proper creatine can only be absorbed with the assistance of a spike of insulin! Which means you take creatine then jab yourself with a diabetics pen and risk dying, or you take 5g of dextrose for every gram of creatine you have.
Alternatively you can take natural creatine into your body through having red meat 2-3 times a week (no joke, it's the only time your body can have protein and creatine together, but the difference is amazing!)
Oh and don't forget that creatine supplements when activated (mixed with a liquid) are stable for about 45seconds. So as soon as it's mixed, swallow the lot, or it'll just be dust.
Creatine just loads water into muscles and to get the best stuff you'd have to inject it direct, and pay more than you would for the same weight in gold.
Creakic is the nearest thing to a decent creatine I've ever tried. But not really worth the price.
You don't need to load on creatine! It's just a way to make you buy more supplements.
Interesting that supplement companies don't tell you these things hu?

1. If your urine is strong orange or yellow, that's a suggestion that your pee is the most expensive pee on the block because your creatine isn't being absorbed and is being flushed down the toilet.
2. If you're getting the runs (diahorria) it means you don't take enough water with your creatine and instead of your body absorbing creatine and pulling it from what you have drank into your body/muscles, it's going the other way. Your water is being drawn from your body into your intestines because of the creatine. Which will explain any gassy releases being more liquid than gas.
Only take creatine if you're on holiday or live in a hot climate. And you really do get what you paid for. Creakic is expensive, but worth the cost. I take it whenever I'm on holiday in Florida or somewhere hot.
