So, I went to a nutritionist so she could help with my diet.
I'm skinny everywhere except for my belly. She said my diet has too much protein and that she'll change it to a hypo caloric diet for on month so I'll lose my belly. And then after that change again so I gain muscle.
Note that I'm bellow my ideal weight and I'm afraid I'll lose muscle with the new diet with even less protein.
What do you think? Should I trust her and follow this?
Most guys that are big that I know say these diets from nutritionists never really work. They're made for keeping you skinny and healthy but not for lifting heavy weights.
I've been working out for 6 months.
Ideas?
Thanks
