anyone else tried it?

I think I had a free sample of Jack3d. I never took it because I read a lot of people had stomach issues with it.

I take Superpump 250 and it's pretty great as well.

Jack3ed is one of the best pre workouts ive taken the other one is Ultimate Orange which is now banned but they made a new legal formula. What I like about jac3ed is there is no fillers in it and its just the ingredients that you need. Having said that it is really easy to obtain a tolerance to Jack3ed so start with small dose and slowly work your way up to 3 scoops then cycle off and start a month later

jack3d is also my favorite too, plus its only 20 bones for about 35 servings. The company's whole line is pretty sick. but yeah i did notice that you may need to cycle it do to getting used to it, or take double or triple servings.

never tried it i only ready good reviews about it but the only con that is mentioned is thatthe lemon aid flavour taste like shit

NO-explode is garbage. *IF* youre going the main stream route, there are 2 that I recommend,

the powder form of VAPOR (muscletech)

and also the M5extreme (Cellucor). Dont try the N-Zero shit, its not very effective, unless youre a fat ass looking to burn more weight than gain strength/muscle.

NO-explode has caffeine in it, which tends to negate the idea of NO in your system.

I use to exclusively take Jack3d on a regular basis. I did not have to much experience with pre-workout drinks and this one had great reviews. I liked Jack3d but it seemed to be not quite giving me the results I had hoped from a pre-workout powder. I tried just about every other one out there and finally found LG Sciences Anadraulic State GT. I was shocked by the results I was getting from ASGT. Not only was the energy great, but the stamina, strength and endurance were all unbelievable. I NEVER felt like this on Jack3d. The energy was great, but ASGT gave me so much more. I’m definitely an LG Sciences believer now! I’ll be recommending this to everyone I talk to about pre-workout powders.

I loved Jack3d, I've only tried a few pre-workout supplements, but jack3d is my favorite. Also like the fact its got few ingredients and none that can be considered unhealthy.

I've been using it for about two week before my p90x workout. I think its not really having anymore effect on me so when it runs out I'm gonna try something new.

Just drink a cup of coffe or tea (i use green tea) make sure you add sugar not sugar substitute or cream, about 15-20 minutes prior to training only don't drink it on days you dont train.
