A bit about myself:

I'm a bit young, in high school, 17-years-old, I'm thin, somewhat on the short-to-average size, and I can eat whatever I want.
Upon getting my driver's license last year, I was able to experience some things I never had an opportunity to experience in my life. Constantly being able to get a slushie from speedway, or having McDonalds for lunch/dinner/breakfast of every day. (Which was extremely appealing because I had only had McDonalds 3-4 times previous, my parents know how bad it is for you and never wanted me liking it). Nevertheless, I took terrible care of myself.
I was introduced to the game at fifteen. I started and I was open, sporadic, and had great inner-game. I got my first girlfriend at fifteen, and after our breakup after half a year, I stopped taking care of myself really. I stopped running, and started eating massive amounts of McDonalds, Taco Bell, Wendys, Burger King, whatever I felt like at the day. Money is never an issue for me because I am self-sufficient when it comes to finances (I have been working for my grandpa for 5-6 years making $10/hour).

Nevertheless, to my point, there were days when I felt great, wanted to game, and was ready for follow-ups and attracting fine women. But other days, more days than usual, I would feel crappy, lazy, melancholy, and had no determination to do anything except for sleep, play playstation, talk online, and hang out with my friends. Gaming women was completely out of my life for those days.

I realized there was a direct connection between my nutrition and how I felt during the day. I used to sleep for 14+ hours, and if I did not, I would not be able to function, happily. I wanted fast food all the time and afterward I wanted to just sleep.
I decided to stop this. McDonalds, Burger King, and Wendys are completely gross to me. The food they serve tastes rubbery and terrible. I will have Taco Bell on occasion, but I must limit it now.
After this I started to not feel constantly sick. I realized I was malnourished greatly and it affected more than my physical appearance (no, I never got even close to fat, but I was very much out of shape).
Now I run every day again, I don't eat fast food, (admittingly, I do not eat GREAT, but I stopped pretty much killing myself), and something else very big I noticed.

Vitamins & Antioxidants

Every day I take a multivitamin and green tea pills. They make up for the parts of nutrition that I do not get myself during the day, and antioxidants make it easier for your cells to receive oxygen, which makes you have higher stamina, and helps me for running and getting into shape.

I treat my body great, and it makes me feel great, in return. I wake up easier in the morning now (as opposed to oversleeping 70% of the days), I only feel like I need six or so hours of sleep to function very well, and it makes me an overall happier person. I'm hoping to go into the medical field when I'm older, and I have always underestimated nutrition in the past. Never again will I do so.

So here's what I'm asking of you. If you feel this way in your everyday lifestyle, go to the store and buy a One-A-Day Men's Multivitamin pillbox, and some Green Tea pills. Take one vitamin and 2 green tea pills (AS DIRECTED ON THE BACK OF THE BOTTLE. DO NOT TAKE TOO MUCH!) - and tell me how it affects you.
In return, I would also like to say that exercise after you do this makes you feel great, and makes your days better, and has overall improved my game to the level I used to be at.

Hope some people take advice from this, if you have any questions/comments/concerns please post!
-C
