I have a very specific topic and I want your advice. Well, my cousin is looking to buy a treadmill for his home gym and want your recommendations to pick the best one. He checked out Smooth Fitness store and found there are tons of different treadmills are available. He doesn't want anything fancy with built in TV or radio. His budget is around $1000 and he prefers a treadmill with lifetime warranty on motor.

Does he live in the Snow? Cause if he lives in beautiful California I would tell him to buy three pairs of nice sneakers, and gym clothes, and run outside.
