I tried this work out, not from seeing fight club actually my freind told me to try it and see how it works, and for my body type it does. I weigh only 145 pounds and im 5'8", this workout did work it is hard to start but once in the swing of things it isnt to bad to do, infact i upped the reps and do a few extra exercises (for better abs) if you guys are interested check it out

Everything looks sweet and pretty fair enough. But running without breakfast? I tried that once and I nearly died running 2kms! And this is coming from a guy who runs 10km runs for fun. How do you tolerate that?

well i am built pretty skinny, not a stick but i dont have huge muscles more smaller shapped muscles. since im built like this i actually do eat before i run, not much but i do. when i first started this even that sucked..i felt like i was gonna die just running at all..so i suffered through it and kept to a like breakfast, ran, then bigger breakfast after. i mostly drink water before i run along with like a piece of toast or a banana or somethin light
