hey guys i do traditional ju jitsu twice a week and just took up brazilian ju jitsu to work on my ground game ....can anyone share what type of foods are good to eat before and after a work out..sometimes i get stomach cramps after and there painful as fuck ....

a few ?s are they hunger pains or abdominal cramps. It could be your dehydrated or hungry could mean you need to strectch out your abs.

i think they are cramps ...they dont happen during exercise but after ....sometimes i cant stand up straight cause of the pain, i think it is dehydration iv been keeping hydrated and they dont seem to happen anymore ...just wanted to see if it was cramps ...just to be certain
