weight watchers- info on the diet

I have been doing this for 4 weeks now here is basic run down on how it works
before the diet
fristly to go on there website or ring a number this will give you the nearst meeting

frist week
when you go to the meeting you are give small folder with usefull diet tips and this will be added to as the weeks go by. you then stay for a meeting where each week there is a diffrent topic after the meeting you are asked to stay and whole diet is explained to you

how the diet works
you are given points for each day depending on your sex, your height you weight (for every stone you lose you lose a ponit) and your activy every food you eat has a points value and are shown how to wok those out at your meeting.
you have to stay within those points any points however any points you don`t use can be saved for a time later in the week (however you can only use them during that week)
any exercise you do counts as points which you can deuct form what point you have already used up.

you then weight each week to see how your going
