Hey guys, thanks for this forum, my life has been improving a lot. Here's something I need to fix with:
I used to be 20kgs overweight, and now all of my body consists of loose skin, flabby arms and full of body fat. I think that's because I didn't lose my weight healthily, (through extreme diet, didn't eat breakfast and dinner). But now it's over, now it's time to build my body!!

I don't go to the gym, instead I workout at home, using Men's Health fitness program. After 4 months, I'm starting to build my shoulder, biceps, triceps and my chest. But still my body aren't tight and still soo loose. Any advice on tightening my body, guys? So that my body wouldn't be as soft like a spring bed. Hahaha.... Thanks!!
