Hey guys, thanks for this forum, my life has been improving a lot. Here's something I need to fix with:

I used to be 20kgs overweight, and now all of my body consists of loose skin, flabby arms and full of body fat. I think that's because I didn't lose my weight healthily, (through extreme diet, didn't eat breakfast and dinner). But now it's over, now it's time to build my body!! :) I don't go to the gym, instead I workout at home, using Men's Health fitness program. After 4 months, I'm starting to build my shoulder, biceps, triceps and my chest. But still my body aren't tight and still soo loose. Any advice on tightening my body, guys? So that my body wouldn't be as soft like a spring bed. Hahaha.... Thanks!! :)

Same thing happened to me...

the only way to tighten that up, really is pound tons and tons of liquid I.e. Water, water and more water....

get on a low sodium diet so that your body wont retain water and keep hitting the gym... target a muscle building workout that will build lean muscle mass and dont do tons of cardio, but add a 20 min brisk walk to every workout *if you can*

that will help tighten everything up.

gettin there... kinda dropped off the diet for the last week (those darn choco bunnies =)... but the results are pretty amazing.... once i lost the weight... and started cleaning up my diet and getting in the gym.. the definition started showing...

im not there yet.. still got about 20 pounds to loose before my 6 pack starts showing...
thats my goal right now =)

if you want more loose weight and workout advice
wander by the jon stone forum... he did pretty much the same thing as you and me.. then figured it out and started a community to put alot of nutrition and workout advice together.

Hey guys,
Things are getting better since I join Capoeira classes, better stamina, strength, friends,everything. I encourage you to join it too!! No marketing shit here..

Anyway, I'm still a little bit confused on what fealinlucky says. probably it's because English isn't my mothertongue. So is there any example of what kind of exercises that will build lean muscle, not a big one?? because I know that big arms with a lot of fat = tanker look.

Any advice, share it here
