Working out and diet.

If you google "testosterone diet" you can get an idea of it. Just warning you, however, that its better to eat to be healthy than to eat to boost testosterone. Sacrificing health for testosterone is not a good thing IMHO.

Higher intakes of monounsaturated and saturated fat have been shown to increase testosterone levels, as well as increased intake of dietary cholesterol (eggs, red meat).

Other foods like brocoli and almonds have been shown to help lower estrogen levels (which is the equivalent of increasing T). Foods like soy and beer increase E levels (which is the same as lowering T levels).

High intensity muscular contractions have also been shown to increase growth hormone and T levels, compound movements like squatting/deadlifting especially.

Aerobics has been shown to lower testosterone levels.

hope this helps

My personal examples are:

Excersise:

High intensity sprints, uphill and downhill sprints with short rest/stretch period in between. Avoid treadmills and slow jogging/distance running.

Free weight or pulley excesrizes, 2 sets of low reps at high volume maxed out to failure. This basically forces you to produce a lot of testosterone if youre out of the gym within 45 minutes.

Diet and supplementing.

Cooked brocolli, cabbage, brussel sprouts, cauliflaur.
A few exotic juices here and there, like goji, mangosteen, noni, graviola, passionfruit, acai.

Healthy fat from raw nuts, olive oil, fish, coconut.

Maca root powder, quinoa, cocao powder,

What's your blood type? If you are a blood type "O", then aside from weight lifting and exercise, rely primarily on lean meats and fat to get your testosterone. If you are a blood type "A" then rely on fat from nuts (especially cacao beans if you can get them at a health store or online) for your testosterone, or alternatively, including more wild oats and stinging nettle to your diet (in tea form). That way, you are both eating according to your blood type, which helps you loose weight and add lean muscle mass, and at the same time boost testosterone.

When you're in the gym be sure to do the deadlift and the squat as heavy as you can.
Don't go for as many reps possible, but for as many weight as possible.
Because you train some big muscles with those exercises, more testosterone is released.
Don't do cardio workouts. They decrease your level.

Eat a LOT. It's not very healthy but they say a lot of fat increases testosterone levels.

I would post a great article about the testosterone diet, but I just re-registered and have yet to make 5 posts before posting URL's. Just google testosterone diet and the first hit is good.

I've also read that just being confident increases your level, and with increasing your level you become more confident. Perfect circle if you ask me.

I don't mean to sound rude, but that's entirely incorrect.

The more fat you have, the higher your levels of estrogen will be. This = not good for testosterone.

In all likely-hood your body produces adequate amounts of test already. Diet and natural supplements wont do jack for your test. Roids will, but at what cost? Diet excercise and recovery and growth.
