For all you PUA's out there who are like me and are straight up overweight (and happen to have an iPhone), there's a great free program for it called Lose It! It is a daily calorie tracker. You can set your weight goals, and it will give you a daily calorie quota. Add all the food and exercise you do per day, stay under your weekly limit, and you'll for sure lose some pounds. It's really easy to use, and kind of fun/rewarding to see your intake and exercise for the week in graphical form. What I've really found from using it is that it's not necessarily the foods I eat that made me gain weight, but rather the quantities. Knowing that I have to mark it all down in this program forces me to eat less.

This program has helped me shed weight for the first time in my life. I've been using it for about 11 weeks now, and I've gone from 240 lbs to 217 so far. My target weight is 200, and I should be there soon!
