You guys may know me from spamming these forums or posting really lame field reports. Honestly, my game has been hindered alot lately because I've been self conscience about my weight gain from 179 in September to 207 today. Huge difference. I goal is to drop down to 177. I'm going to be exercising on a daily basis. This starts today. I will be eating healthy, I already have started working out so wish me luck.

buddy i got the opposite problem to you im tryna gain weight

i think a good idea would be to eat the lower boundary of calleries for adult males
i think it is 1500 calories

and balance this out with some exercises

i live on the tallest peak in London england so i have a lot of hill to walk up
because of this i never gain weight so i would recommend trecking up some hill or something

you could also do some miner stuff like 20-40 pressups a day or go to a gym

but remember to not exeed your calorie intake per day

im not. im drinking alot of water now, and cutting back my eating. im eating alot of veggies and stuff. im going really strong.

doing alot of push ups
