Ok so you want to lose weight....
Nutrition:
-Keep it Healthy but Realistic (dont go overboard on crash diets and crap..they never work or work then after u stop dieting you gain it all back)
-Eat 6 small meals a day
- Breakfast should be big
- portion sizes get a bit smaller as day progress
- Just dont over eat or under eat (yes under eating is a bad thing)
-Eat balanced
-Alot of vegetables/fruits
-whole wheat
-meat is good especially chicken and fish
-you can probably eat w.e u have but limit the Greesy, High in sugar, Junk food, High sodium shit... you can eat em sometimes just control yourself

-For weight loss and basically Health WATER is your best freind 0calories and flushes out all the bad stuff inside you. Drink alot of this trust me
-If you want juice or something buy 100%
Workout
-*Stretch to prevent injury*
- Cardio is important do this 3-5 times a week (Jogging, Running, Threadmill...whatever..)
- Work your muscles (muscles burn calories faster than fat) 3 times a week is good DO NOT do weight training in consecutive days (give it atleast a 1 day gap in between to build up and heal)
- Get into a sport so u can have fun while losing that Flab
- Do Not overwork yourself! this causes serious injuries, if something is hurting go ahead skip the workout.... just dont do anything dumb
- do some full body workouts
- SWEAT!
Other Stuff
-Get proper sleep
- Make this healthy living a Habit that you will carry on for your whole life... (i no it sounds heavy) When u reach your goal weight... do maintenance workouts to maintain your shape.
- Consult a health professional they can help you out alot
- Get a trainer their experience will truly benefit you and motivate you...
