I used to think it too till I got a kidney infection and went to see a urologist and he did a testosterone test on me as part of a routine checkup when I told him my testosterone would be low because I have promiscuous sex he told me there was no corolation between (sperm) and (testosterone) Just thought I would point that out. Btw I have a bowflex extreme and love it. _________________ By far the best game on the net. Have you played the pick up game yet? Click here http://www.streetsmartdating.com/X9

There is rarely a woman that doesn't like nice strong arms and a strong chest with a sixpack so push out those situps try doing pyrimids as a warmup this is what we did in rookie school
pyrimid = 25 push ups 25 situps 25 leg lifts and 25 jumping jacks than you start over at 20 push ups 20 situps 20 leg lifts and 20 jumping jacks then start over at 15 then 10 then 5. That was our warmup for the day it tends to get the blood flowing a bit especially when you do military jumping jacks. That should build up a sweat for you and if it doesn't then start out at 30 or even 40. Then move to your dumbell butterflies and curls work out as you see fit on the bowflex afterwards the pyrimids sound long but takes maybe 10-15 minutes once you get used to it. _________________ By far the best game on the net. Good Luck
