I can't say this is a huge problem, but apparently it's a nervousness issue. There's no question, 30 seconds in front of porn, no problem, no shit. Though I've literally never climaxed inside a woman and it is sometimes difficult to stay hard for so long with no large amount of physical stimulation. Anyone have suggestions on the correct supplements to take for this? Off the bat, I'd say ginseng for bloodflow, but I have no clue. Realizing it's a mental issue that needs to be addressed, I would prefer to fix this in the short term so I don't look like an idiot and waste effort.

Right, but I have a feeling that's not going to 100% do it. I've been pretty attracted to the girls I have slept with, or else I wouldn't have gone near them.
