In the video you talk about how energy has to run unimpeded through "meridians". You're just spouting a bunch of unscientific crap that means nothing.
You do not need to throw in a token scientific study to add weight to what is a fairly simple concept. If you eat healthier, you'll feel better, correct? Or do you need proof of that?
The meridians are based off traditional oriental medicine, I would look into that before you start throwing assumptions.
