New vid talking about how 5 years on a high raw diet has changed my health and perceptions. In a nutshell, more energy, confidence, motivation. Less prone to being depressed or fed up, more intune with my higher self, calmer emotions etc..

Pretty good or so I thought, but in retrospect pretty bad. Lots of instant meals, chips, baked beans, fry ups etc..

You do not need to throw in a token scientific study to add weight to what is a fairly simple concept. If you eat healthier, you'll feel better, correct? Or do you need proof of that?

The meridians are based off traditional oriental medicine, I would look into that before you start throwing assumptions.

Traditional oriental medicine that is now only practiced by the fringe and has been pushed aside in favor of science and modern medicine.

Meridian lines are bullshit.

Yes, if you eat healthier, you'll feel better and will be healthier in general. But it has to do with well known established science that is well understood. Not because of some "higher self" or because of some BS meridian lines.
