OK, so I met girl online. First date was great, went to a gig, kiss closed. Second date went to a comedy night, ended up at her house, lay in her bed kissing for a while, but her friend had the whole family round so she didn't want anything to happen. Next day, she came over to mine for dinner, stayed until 4am, constantly told me that she liked me, and even though I got her into my bedroom, no sexy time!

Met her for brunch the other day and she seemed a bit off, although she was actually ill... but it made me worry that this wasn't going to lead anywhere.

Normally I wouldn't waste my time and just move onto the next girl, but the thing is, I quite like this girl, hence why I am willing to carry on gaming!

But honestly I am stuck..... I have no idea where to go from here. Do I just keep doing the standard of arranging dates? Should I ignore her for a while to create some tension? Do I just send jokey texts, and wait for her to arrange the next date? Do I think of some lavish next date, or just stick to bars/pubs?

She's just slow playing you a bit.

Possible she's sizing you up as boyfriend material and doesn't want to put out too early... I'd keep doing what you've been doing and escalate when possible.

You'll either get there eventually, or she'll tell you why you won't be getting there.
